Q - Do you have an Allergens list?

A - Yes we do! On our Allergen Information page

Q - How do I pay?

A - For the moment we are not taking payments online you will be contacted and payment will be taken over the phone using our card terminal. However if you are collecting you can select the 'Cash' option to pay in-store. In-store you can pay using cash, card or apple pay.

Q - Can I collect my order?

A - Orders can be set for collection in the checkout process. You can collect your order the day after it has been confirmed (if you order before 9pm). The times for a collections are as follows Tuesday - Friday: 12pm - 6pm, Saturday: 11am - 3pm

Q - How do i cancel or change an order?

Q - Has my order been received?

A - When you place an online order you will receive an email to confirm we have received it.

Q - Can all your products be frozen?

A - All our products are made fresh each week and last 3 days in the fridge. This means all our products can be frozen and we recommend you do so after 3 days. Also, once the item has been defrosted please do not refreeze. 

Q - What days do you deliver?

A - Our delivery days are Tuesday, Thursday and Friday. We aim to set off after 6pm and your delivery could arrive anytime up to 10pm depending on how busy we are. If you have phoned up to place an order a card payment will be taken over the phone before we set off
